There are a number of FLITJ tools online; they all have slightly different rules and a few of them have bugs. Check the rules on the right against your editor's rules, and don't trust this tool's count until you've verified a number of different headlines by hand (especially taking into account exceptions like MW, IL, numbers, punctuation, symbols.)
